Cook tasty Sri Lankan street food

Join Little Kitchen Cookery School to make (and then eat) some of the tastiest Sri Lankan street food, full of flavour and fresh aromatics! Find out how to make some of the most exciting culinary concoctions about. Get a real taste of Sri Lanka in Bristol.

Learn how to make an authentic Sri Lankan curry powder. You will use this to make a delicious chicken or vegetable curry (free-range chicken from Ruby and White Butchers will be used). Your curry will be served with coconut sambol, aubergine pickle and devilled paneer with poppadums. You'll even make your own aromatic spiced rice.

What's included?

  • You’ll be given all the ingredients and equipment you need on the night.
  • Recipe cards will be available for you to take home.
  • If you fancy bringing a bottle of wine to enjoy with the food, Little Kitchen’s expert wine tutor Rebecca recommends a rose. If beer is more your tipple, beer expert Dan recommends Camden Hells lager or Pilsner Urquell. What a great combo!
