Baby Friendly: Make a Teething Necklace Workshop

Join your host and other new or expecting parents for a relaxed, baby-friendly workshop making a teething necklace. This is a perfect opportunity to meet other parents and carers, make new friends in a similar boat to yourself, and make a teething necklace from soft silicone beads to take home with you.

The Crafty Social Club will provide all the materials and you can have a presentation box to take your make home with you.

This is a baby friendly workshop and there will be a play area in the room for the children to play or sleep whilst you make. The area is designed for children that are not yet mobile and is not suitable for toddlers due to the size of the room.

Your host Rachel has over 20 years of experience working with children and infants. She is DBS checked and will be on hand to help you with your makes and entertain the children while you relax.

The beads used are made from food-grade PVC-free silicone material. They are easy to clean with dish soap and warm water or put them in the dishwasher. Rinse in soapy warm water before first use.

Please be aware that we will be using small parts so the necklaces and resources are not to be handled by the children until they are completed. Necklaces must not left unaccompanied with children.

The beads will last for a long time but should be inspected regularly for wear and tear. They should not be used by children if they show any signs of deterioration.
