Looking to take your knitting skills to the next level, but not sure where to start? This knitting masterclass is designed to teach you how to master the skill of 'steeking', which is an important knitting technique that will take your creations to the next level.
Steeking is a knitting technique, where you cut into the stitches using scissors to create space for things such as necklines or armholes.
Cutting your knitting may seem very scary, but it makes things like knitting in many different colours much easier and also means fewer ends to weave! It's also a useful skill to know if you're thinking of upcycling knitwear.
This masterclass is 4 hours and is split over 2 days. In each 2 hour session, you'll be taught the basics before taking the plunge and making the cut.

In this masterclass you will:
If this all sounds a bit alarming then don't worry, there'll be plenty of snacks and refreshments to help along the way as well as happy, helping, expert hands!

This session is aimed at intermediate to experienced knitters. You'll get the most out of the session if you know how to knit simple colourwork.
