On the day

  • Be ready for the early start and please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start
  • Meet outside the cafe by the car park.
  • You'll be barefoot for the duration of the session
  • Wear comfortable clothes (but not too loose)
  • Bring a 2m x 1.5m plain fabric (this could be a scarf or blanket for example)

Grace is passionate about helping people to achieve a vibrant feeling of health through a mixture of positive psychology, afro-movement and spicy, whole-food plant-based meal plans.
