What you'll do

As you develop your own rhythm and express your emotions through dance, you’ll enjoy a mental and physical workout during this fun, expressive experience.

Your host Grace will help you to let go and create a vibrant feeling of health through a unique combination of positive psychology, afro-based techniques and movement. You’ll explore new ways of understanding and expressing yourself and will create new neural pathways to promote healing as you connect to self with Grace’s guidance.

During the experience, you’ll embrace the person within and acknowledge the ego through body expression, conscious breathing and the ancient wisdom of African dance steps.

Grace uses her own ‘5 steps, 3 rhythms’ method to ensure the experience is suitable for all, so no experience is needed.

COVID-19 guidelines

On the day

  • Be ready for the early start and please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start
  • Meet outside the cafe by the car park.
  • You'll be barefoot for the duration of the session
  • Wear comfortable clothes (but not too loose)
  • Bring a 2m x 1.5m plain fabric (this could be a scarf or blanket for example)
