How long should I expect to be there?

You are welcome to stay as long as you like, there is a sheltered courtyard with delicious food and drink. The experience itself is expected to last between 45 - 60 minutes.

If I miss my pre-booked slot, can I come along later?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to a potential delay in your arrival. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate you in the next available timeslot, although this may result in a delayed entry.

Will the event still take place if the weather is bad?

Yes, 80% of the experience is indoors & the courtyard has a sheltered indoor seating area.

Is the venue wheel chair accessible?

Unfortunately, due to the route taken some parts of the trail are not wheelchair accessible.

Where do I park? Do I need to pre-book parking? What does it cost?

There is a carpark onsite, whcih is free for Lumosphere customers. 

Can I charge my EV?

There is no EV charging available.

Can I bring a dog?

No, unfortunately dogs will not be allowed with the exception of assistance guide dogs.

What age children is this suitable for?

All ages are welcomed.

Are there any loud noises during the trail?

Yes, consistent audio effects and background sounds playing throughout the trail and some of these may be loud and sudden to those sensitive to noise. 

Is it suitable for people susceptible to flashing lights?

Unfortunately the experience uses a lot of video content and lighting which could be unsuitable for people sensitive to flashing lights.

Is the trail muddy?

No, the trail is primarily indoors with some hardstanding outdoor sections.

Are there any public transport options available, for example which bus route should I use?

The X4 badgerline bus leaves from Bristol City Centre & stops at the bottom of the Leigh Court entrance, where it is then a 10 minute walk to The Stables.

Do you offer concession tickets? (over 65s, students, bluelight card holders)

Yes, we offer concession tickets. Please ensure that you have the appropriate form of identification with you when you arrive, as you may be asked to present it.

If I need to cancel, what's the latest I can do that before my booking?

You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the date you've purchased for and recieve a refund. Please note that refunds requested after this 7-day period may not be available.

What time does it open and close? 

Lumosphere is open from 4:30pm - 9:30pm each day. The last entry to the experience is at 8:30pm.
