What's the best start to a Sunday morning? Energising your body and calming your mind. This two hour yoga workshop suitable for all abilities will work some magic! A delicious and nutritious brunch will follow your morning.

This workshop is a great introduction to yoga as you'll break down the poses and build onto them. Work at whatever level suits you - beginners will be supported and more experienced students will be challenged. Iyengar Yoga doesn't just help to build strength and increase mobility, it's deeply relaxing too. Your host will create a welcoming space where you can focus on building up your confidence in an encouraging environment.

A lovely yoga workshop, brunch, hot and cold drinks are all included in your ticket price. Yoga brunch workshops will run monthly - perfect for any busy bees that can't commit to a weekly class!

  • For Covid safety please bring your own mat and any other yoga equipment that you have
  • Numbers will be very limited so students will all have plenty of space

On the day

  • Please bring your own mat, blanket, and any other yoga equipment you have. You can borrow what you don't have
  • Wear comfortable clothing - leggings or running tights are ideal
  • Bring a warm layer for the end of the class
  • Drivers can easily park outside
  • Cyclists can bring bikes into the studio
  • Please advise of any medical conditions or injuries before you come

About Naomi - Iyengar Yoga Bristol

Naomi is an Iyengar yoga teacher. You can find Naomi running classes and monthly yoga brunch workshops around Bristol. Naomi started practicing Iyengar yoga back in 2009 when she was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).

The way that yoga created energy, rather than burnt it was quite overwhelming - Naomi fell in love with Iyengar yoga from the first class! Now fully recovered from CFS and a fully certified Iyengar yoga teacher, Naomi hopes she can help others too. Whether it's to tone up, lose weight, find peace of mind, or recover from illness or injury.
