You'll be hosted by

Matt Stephenson

Matt got into cider making by accident having originally set out to make wine. Having spent 35 years in an office he became a farmer (also by accident) and decided that growing fruit and making drinks would be more fun than keeping sheep. He has always been fascinated by the magic of the fermentation process. A devotee of spaghetti westerns, the name Wild West Cider came to him in a flash of inspiration whilst watching Once Upon a Time in the West for the umpteenth time.
