You will learn how to create your own, unique macrame plant hanger in a fun and relaxed environment. Take your new, colourful creation away with you - complete with a plant of your choice (which you can choose from our ever-growing collection!)

Macrame is an ancient art of knotting together pieces of string to create a pattern, design or piece of functional homeware (such as a plant hanger!)

In the 2 hour workshop, Gemma will guide you step-by-step to creating your own knotted masterpiece ... you can choose a simple design, or get seriously knotty - it's totally up to you! The workshop is designed to be accessible for all ages and abilities, and first time crafters are very much encouraged. Gemma has unravelled the art of macrame into easy-to-follow steps that can be mastered by all... so you can relax into the workshop knowing you will come away feeling accomplished, with something to be proud of.

Once you have crafted your knotty creation ... you will have the opportunity to delve in to the art of dip-dying to add some colour to your pieces. This gives you the opportunity to add an element of true individuality to your creations ... What colours will you choose? Gemma will guide you gently through the process of dipping and dyeing your pieces to your heart's content. We can't wait to see what you will create!
