Botanical Printmaking Taster Session

Come and make beautiful botanical prints in this simple and playful workshop.

Printmaker Steph Renshaw will show you how to capture the beautiful forms and intricate details of leaves and flowers by printing directly from the plants themselves.

We'll be using a mini printing press to pick up an amazing amount of detail.

No drawing skills or previous print experience is necessary, Steph will guide you through the process step by step.

By the end of the workshop you'll have produced your own collection of gorgeous prints to take home.

Steph Renshaw, Printmaker

Steph Renshaw has been a printmaker and teacher for over 8 years. She offers workshops for both beginners and experienced printmakers. Her courses include lino printing and intaglio printing, drypoint, collagraph. etching and monoprinting

Workshops are small and intimate. They're designed to be encouraging and supportive, helping guests of all abilities harness their creativity. Small groups means plenty of guidance can be given to guests, to help them navigate the endless possibilities of printmaking. Steph has her own studio, Bristol Print Room in Eastville and also teaches at a number of venues around the South West.

Hi I'm Steph, I'm been making art prints for years now and teaching from my home studio Bristol Print Room. I love to share the tips and techniques I've picked up along the way and teach in several different location in the South West such as Creatvie Space, Spike Island and New Brewery Arts.
