  • Do not eat a large meal within a couple of hours before the class
  • Please consult a doctor if you have had: recent heart or a major surgery, family history of angina, cardiovascular diseases, pregnancy, medication for blood pressure, history of severe panic attacks, psychosis, mental illness. If you are pregnant or have epilepsy this practice is unsuitable

About Jack Witts - Wim Hof Method Instructor

Jack hosts Wim Hof Method (WHM) and breathing workshops. He wants to provide experiences that create an overwhelming sense of wellbeing.

After witnessing how transformation the WHM was for himself, Jack wanted to help others build better lives for themselves too. The practice is a great way to reduce stress levels and improve anxiety. It activates a part of the brain that's responsible for clarity, focus and quiets the monkey mind. Attend one of Jack's workshops and step away feeling grounded and present.
