Lithography printmaking with watercolours (2 days)

What you'll do

*Please note that this course is run over 2 days, Fridays 22nd and 29th October, and you will be booked in for both when making your booking *

It's time to experiment with negative drawing techniques. In this experience, fine art lithographer Lemonade Press will introduce you to the world where lithography, printmaking and watercolours collide.

Your host will help you explore all the exciting possibilities of working with watercolours and gum arabic as drawing materials. Find out how gum arabic can be used in a screen printing process to apply a photographic image to a plate, without the use of any chemicals. Learn how to work with watercolours, so they add a whole new dimension to your print.

This crash course is designed to provide guests with an alternative approach to mark making and traditional lithography. If you've never enjoyed being conventional, then this experience is the one for you. Be different, be disruptive, and up your lithography game too!
