Dave, the host, was very helpful and informative. The day has given me the confidence to create something other than your standard loaf.
Host was excellent. Taught us from the basics as two of us who attended the workshop had never done bread making before and explained everything in detail. Answered any questions we had and taught us many tips to look out for when we bake at home.
Aside from the bread making we also learnt to make homemade pizza and had them for lunch too!
All in all great experience and really enjoyed the day.
Have already recommended to some friends!!
Great course to learn everything about bread making, specially sourdough. Dave is excellent at teaching and I loved having pizza with fresh vegetables from his allotment. I feel now confident to start baking sourdough, which I didn't before the course. I totally recommend it! Thanks so much!
