Eat for Health UK wants to change this - they want to create a nurturing environment where we can acknowledge emotional eating is nothing to feel ashamed of and give us the tools for change.

  • Discover how emotional eating habits can affect us
  • Be guided through Eat for Health UK's Food Talk Model
  • Discover how to utilise a emotional resource technique from neurolinguistic programming (NLP) for emotional eating
  • Learn how to create tools for change which can help you overcome stress eating

Eat For Health UK is ran by health educator Elle Tipping. This coaching service offers a mixture of private and group sessions that help guests change their attitudes to food - for the better.

Elle believes we're all capable of making meaningful changes in our lives. Sometimes we need some guidance to help unlock our true potential. Eat For Health UK takes guests on a journey of self-exploration, where they can discover who they are and how this influences their relationship with food.

Working intimately with guests, Elle challenges our learned behaviours and identifies any unhealthy habits that prevent us from fulfilling our dreams. Whether you want to adopt a healthier lifestyle, fall out of bad eating habits, or become more knowledgeable about nutrition - Eat For Health UK will support you in this journey.

Elle's popular course 'Reprogram your attitude to food' combines self-exploration with 50 years of nutrition science. Empowering guests with knowledge that enables them to understand the deep connection between our bodies and food.

Elle Tipping

Meet Elle! Elle is a health educator who loves working with people. She is motivated to break cultural moulds which shape our attitudes to food. Elle wants to open people's minds to new ideas so they can view the world with a fresh pair of eyes.

This experienced educator hosts private and groups workshops which are engaging, fun and inspiring. When Elle isn't running courses through non-profit organisation Eat For Health UK, you'll find her dancing, spinning fire poi, growing food and gazing at nature.
