Clubbercise is your feel-good full-body workout with a banging soundtrack. It's so much fun it doesn't even feel like exercise. It will revolutionise the way you see fitness!

Routines combine dance, toning and combat moves, with variations to suit all fitness levels. Classes are held in a darkened room with disco lights and LED glow sticks. The soundtrack is so good it will make you want to move. Show up, glow up and get your rave on!

This is about losing yourself in the moment and letting go. It's clean clubbing with no hangovers! Meet some fellow good-timers and get fit all under the same roof.

About Jumpfit UK

This is one studio that keeps fitness and fun under one roof. There’s so much more to JumpFit than bouncing - there’s D’n’B boxing, hula hooping, rebounding, weighted routines and more.

JumpFit was born in Bristol in 2015. Founder Abbey wanted to give everyone access to fitness classes which put the fun back into exercising. Abbey is passionate about creating feel-good workouts which never feel like a chore. She's on a mission to help motivate people to move their bodies in fun and accessible ways. Workshops are suitable for all ages, shapes and abilities - inclusivity is what JumpFit is about.

Each JumpFit instructor started off as a member before they enrolled in teaching training and went on to become qualified instructors themselves. JumpFit is proud to keep it in the family like this - you never know, you might be next!

I am a certified Level 2 fitness instructor. For me teaching fitness classes is all about coaching and connecting with participants to ensure they feel stronger and more confident and enjoy every minute of the class. I have the ability to design and deliver meaningful and memorable experiences, helping people to move better, function more efficiently, and not just during their workouts but also whilst enjoying the many activities of daily life.
