What you'll do

Experience the big, bold and beautiful flavours of Mexico’s Yucatan region, without leaving BS3.

Your host, Juliet from Bosh Kitchen will be serving up a Mexican feast that will tantalise all your senses. Expect a beautiful mix of fresh and vibrant flavours, a colour palette that will wow, along with unusual chillis and spices, for some added surprise.

The Supper Club is an underground dining experience where you’ll meet other foodies and maybe even make some friends. This is one seriously tasty communal experience - what a better way to bond than over food!

There's one sitting per evening with a set menu. As always, it’s large tables with food to pass around and share, with Bring Your Own drinks.

As for the menu, as they say, let's save the best until last...

The menu:

  • Salmon or cauliflower (vg) ceviche with fresh orange, lime, chilli, coriander + avocado. Served with fresh totopos.

  • Cocinita pork pibil - a slow cooked dish of pork shoulder with achiote, Mexican oregano, orange and of course habanero chilli. Or VG squash, bean and achiote chillis.

  • Served on fresh tacos with all the fun stuff to pile on top- queso, guacamole, pink onions, frijoles and pickled habaneros for the hardcore.

  • Coconut and lime pie - with squirty cream just like in Tulum.

About Bosh Kitchen

Bosh Kitchen supplies Bristol's best cafes with amazing cake, hosts supper clubs and provides bespoke event catering. The Bosh Supper Club is Bristol’s longest-running supper club. It was set up by Juliet back in 2012.

The menus are based on her travels around the world from Italy to Mexico, Sri Lanka and Goa. Juliet spent two summers working on an organic farm in Italy and loves to share her passion for the cuisine with guests.

Food is always served in communal spaces, so diners can get together and pass around platters to share.

Juliet runs Bosh Kitchen. Besides dishing up delicious food there, Juliet gets involved with fundraising initiatives and volunteering at FareShare. When it comes to relaxing, she loves music and cycling.
