Reiki is an energy healing technique, based on the principle that the practitioner can channel positive energy towards their client.
In this holistic well-being practice, the Reiki healer will hover their hands above any problem areas on your body, and use their energy to help promote healing and relaxation. This technique is said to help with stress reduction, improved sleep and better emotional well-being.
Your host for this Reiki workshop is experienced practitioner Karen, from Gifted Hands Reiki. With over ten years of Reiki healing under her belt, she will be there to help you feel relaxed and soothed.
What to expect:
- A Reiki healing session with a fully trained Reiki therapist
- Begin with a short consultation
- Next, get comfortable either sitting on a chair or lying down on a couch
- Enjoy the calm and relaxing environment, filled with soothing lighting and music
- Options to choose from different aromatherapy oils to help you unwind

Gifted Hands Reiki is run by Karen, a fully trained Reiki master, practitioner and teacher based in Birmingham.
Karen’s healing journey began over ten years ago after losing her dad to lung cancer. Reiki helped her through the grieving process, supporting her to overcome depression, stress, and anxiety- issues that we all come across in life.
Her own experiences have filled me with the passion to help others improve their overall health and well-being. Each session is adapted to suit the needs and preferences of different people.
